March 31, 2010, 7:45, AFI Europe Bulgaria, part of AFI Europe N.V, a subsidiary of Israeli AFI Group, is negotiating to enter the shopping centers market in Bulgaria, in the country’s major cities, said AFI Europe Executive Director for Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia Shimon Ben Hamo in an interview for Investor.bg.

“We have chosen a location and are currently negotiating. When we finalize the deal, will announce more details. If not - we will try to reach another deal. I hope that in 2010 we will have at least one transaction for a shopping center project,” said Ben Hamo, adding that now is the best time to buy a project or land.
