Four state land lots in the village of Gurmazovo, Bozhurishte municipality, totaling 191.4 ha, will be added to the capital of the National Industrial Zones firm, after the Bulgarian government gave consent today.

An industrial zone will be built on the land, which, according to analysis, has great development potential.

In 2008, Industrial Park Sofia AD (IPS) pledged to invest EUR 150 mln in creating a business zone on a 100 ha land plot, part of the former military airport in Bozhurishte, near Sofia, to include logistics buildings, a business area with offices, hotel and a shopping mall. Italian iesKFT Properties Development has been appointed project manager.
